Based on our extensive experience in supporting schools such as St Cuthbert’s College, Our School Ltd offers either a support service for your current Moodle setup or alternately a Moodle service hosted and managed by us for you.
Our standard hosted service is based on Moodle 2.9 and includes:
• ongoing Moodle code updates
• daily backups and weekly offsite backups
• restores in the event of a system failure
• support for school staff during office hours (normally 8.30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
• annual upgrades and security patches as required
• the option of SMS-LMS data integration (charged separately)
The following services are also available on a chargeable basis (normally time and materials):
• code customisation at customer request
• restores as may be requested by a customer
• database or file-system exports
• assistance with database or file-system clean-up
• installation of additional modules
• purchasing and installing dedicated security certificates
Monthly pricing starts from $200/month (ex GST) for a school requiring up to 500 unique logins and a maximum of 20GB of storage.
